Heat sinks for "Half-Brick" DC/DC Converters

Standard mounting slots mate with Vicor and the majority of "halfbrick" DC/DC converters on the market. Optimized aluminum extruded fin construction transfers heat efficiently and keeps converter modules cool in both forced and natural convection applications. Two fin heights and two flow directions, vertical and horizontal are available. Aluminum, Clear trivalent chromate finish is standard. Polar Thermal interface materials available.
