Polar Thermally Conductive Sil-Pads

Polar Sil-Pad is a composite of Silicon rubber and fiberglass. The material is specially formulated for use as a thermally conductive insulator.

  • Surfaces are pliable and allow complete surface contact with excellent heat dissipation. The reinforcing fiberglass provides excellent cut-through resistance.

  • Excellent mechanical and physical characteristics.

Typical Applications
Used in power supplies, power semiconductors, automotive electronics, telecommunications and motor controls. Configurations Available are sheet form, die-cut parts, and roll form; with or without pressure sensitive adhesive.
