Mersen is present during Innotrans in Munich
(18-21 September, Hall 11.1 Stand 201).

During Innotrans 2018 on our booth located in hall 11.1 Stand 201, we will showcase two new Mersen solutions dedicated to transport technology.
• Wheel flange lubrication via sticks with a dry solid lubricant for railway, metro and tram applications solving friction between the wheel flange and the inner sides of the rail and reducing wheel/rail wear and noise as well. It is a real improvement versus the conventional oil or grease systems.
• Digital Current Collector Device providing useful data in real time onto digital interface. These data regard the status of the arm, the status of the shoe, the contact force between shoe and rail and the temperature. Thus Digital CCD increases the safety level of both rolling stock and rail helping predictive maintenance while reducing the total cost of ownership. The sensor of Mersen Digital CCD is patented.
